I found a nice solution for this problem and it seems to work for my FS2002.
Aftter the SAAG airport was completed, I have edited the SAAG_AFD.BGL file
(created by FSSC) with AFCAD and saved the same file in the
SCENERY\SAAG\scenery folder and in to the original FS's SAMESAFD.BGL
in SCENEDB\Westhem\sames\Scenery.
For new changes in the SAAG scenery y just save from FSSC with the
"scenery only" option.
